About Natalie
I'm currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Kennesaw State University, where I also earned my bachelor's degree in psychology. Before this, I worked in a school-based mental health setting, teaching and supporting young children as they built emotional regulation, behavioral, and social skills, and helping them academically. I also worked in the community, partnering with families and local organizations to connect people with essential resources and help them navigate systems that can feel overwhelming. Working in both settings taught me how much our environment shapes our mental health.
I'm building my work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, focusing on anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, and more. I meet each person where they are and shape my approach around their goals, needs, and background.
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe every person already has the strength to grow and heal, and I use those strengths as tools for change. We'll work together at your pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable. My goal is to give you a warm, welcoming space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and start working through what you're carrying without judgment or pressure to have all the answers. I believe healing happens in relationship, so building real trust with each person I work with comes first. Whether you're in a difficult season or just want to understand yourself better, I'll walk alongside you with compassion, patience, and honesty.
Outside of work, I recharge outdoors, hiking, running, or just being in nature. I love animals and spend a lot of time with my three dogs. I'm a big movie fan, and I treasure time with family and friends. I grew up in a family of five, and the relationships that make everyday life meaningful matter a lot to me. That carries into my work with clients and the people they love.
