About Bianca
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training from one of the nation's top treatment programs for OCD and anxiety disorders. I work with kids, teens, and adults on OCD, anxiety, ADHD, depression, school avoidance, and trauma, and I tailor my approach to each client's developmental stage and individual needs. My work is grounded in empirical, results-oriented approaches.
I've always had a heart for helping others. That calling has grown through my own experience of overcoming life's obstacles and rebuilding myself more than once. I know firsthand that change is possible, and that it's easier with someone in your corner. As a therapist, I build bridges and real connection so therapy feels like a safe place to face hard things with confidence. What I love most is walking alongside my clients as they find their footing and reach goals they once thought were out of reach.
Outside the office, you'll probably find me with music playing, dancing around the kitchen while I try a new recipe, or curled up with a good book. I bring that same warmth and sense of fun to my sessions, because growth doesn't have to feel heavy.
